Prairie Dog Hunting At Hatcher Enterprises

Ultimate Southwest Kansas Prairie Dog Hunting! We are located 8 miles from the Colorado border on Hwy 50, then north. We have 10,000 + acres of private land covered with praire dogs and results in some awesome shooting.

• Expect 100 to 1500 yard range shots.
• There are also a high amount of coyotes and jackrabbits if you are interested.
• ATV's are permitted on our land.
• We will have maps of our land to give to you when you arrive.

Prices - Hatcher Enterprises

Unguided and Guided options are available.

• May, June & July $125 per day per hunter (guided or unguided).
• A $25 per hunter non-refundable deposit is required to book your hunt. This is not applied to the daily fee.
• If you have already booked a 2010 hunt it is $100 a day.
• Any other times, discounts apply.

Season & Dates - Hatcher Enterprises

We offer year round hunting. If the sun is shining they are out and about. May thru July the pups are up and about for prime hunting.

Please remember to bring sunscreen, jackets, caps, hats, shooting umbrellas for the sun or whatever you need. Kansas can get hot, so make sure to pack for the elements.

Ammunition - Hatcher Enterprises

The closest place to buy shells is either in Lamar Co or Garden City KS both are 47 miles from Syracuse so come prepared with your own supply.

Accomodations & Food - Hatcher Enterprises

Lodging Options:

• Motel - The Syracuse area has 1 local motel, the Syracuse Inn 620-384-7411.
• Camper/RV - Bring your own camper out and hook up to our electricity for $25 for 3 nights. 
• Tents - If you like to ruff it bring your own tent we will show you a perfect place to set it up!
• Other Options - We are working on some other options for 3 or less hunters, and 2 or less. Just let us know what you need and we will work with you on accomodations.

Food & Dining Options:

We will give you a handout of our local businesses and dining options.

Other Activities - Hatcher Enterprises

Syracuse has open the Syracuse ATV Sand Park for your evening fun. If you like fishing there our 4 ponds for you to fish.
